Screening and Authentication Services Subscriber Information and Service Agreement

If you are a small to medium size organization with less than 2500 employees and a need to screen employees, please click here for the ScreenNow subscriber application.

If you are a nonprofit organization and exempt from taxes and need to screen volunteers and/or employees, please click here for the VolunteerSelect PLUS subscriber application.

Application Turnaround Time

Due to ChoicePoint's credentialing process, setup for customers may take 7 to 10 business days for general access. Applicants will need to provide information about their business/nonprofit and may also receive a site inspection. Any applicable fees will be assessed to the business/nonprofit.

      Setup Fee

      A one-time setup fee of $175 will be charged to your account. NOTE: Some nonprofit organizations may be eligible to receive a reduced setup fee. Please contact a ChoicePoint representative at 866.432.7241 to verify if your organization qualifies.
